We have three warehouses filled with millions of dollars of inventory. When we receive your order before 10:00am and all the items you ordered are in stock, your order is generally shipped within 24 hours of its receipt, or the next business day. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, the item is forwarded to the secondary warehouse for processing the following day and if they don’t have the item, we forward the request the next warehouse. After the 3rd try if the item is still not available you will receive an email from us (providing we have your email address) asking you how you would like to handle the situation. Once your order has left our warehouse via UPS or USPS it’s in their hands as to delivery time.

How Will My Order Ship?

At this time, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Studio City, California via United Parsel Service & United States Postal Service Priority Mail (within the U.S.) and U.S. airmail (outside of the U.S.).

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2 to 3 business days. U.S. airmail will usually take 5 to 7 business days throughout Canada, and 8 to 12 business days outside of North America.

What Credit Cards May I Use To Pay For My Order?

You may use Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover to pay for your order. All transactions are computed in U.S. dollars.
